You ordered too much or something doesn't fit?
No problem, of course you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Articles with individual special requests (personal engravings or other customizations) are excluded.

 

Easy return:

• Please use the delivery note included in the package for the return.
  

  Here you can simply mark the items that you want to return
  

• Frank a padded envelope sufficiently and pack it
  

  piece of jewelery carefully as received and send it back to us.
  

• We will refund the purchase price within 1 week of receipt and inspection
  

  the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.
